Capital Markets Representative
Overview
Alliance Portfolio is seeking a driven Capital Markets Representative to lead capital raising for the Alliance Mortgage Fund (Reg D mREIT).
This role focuses on building and managing relationships with:
- RIAs, financial advisors, and wealth managers
- Family offices
- High-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) investors
You will play a key role in scaling capital formation while delivering a high-quality investor experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise capital through proactive outreach and strategic partnerships across RIAs, advisors, and family offices
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective investors and consistently achieve fundraising targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (CIOs, portfolio managers, due diligence teams)
- Deliver presentations, meetings, and events to drive engagement and investor education
- Support investor onboarding, subscription processes, and Reg D compliance
- Maintain ongoing investor relationships, reporting, and communication
Qualifications
- 5–10 years in alternative investment sales, private wealth distribution, or RIA/institutional sales
- Proven track record of raising capital and exceeding targets
- Existing network of RIAs, advisors, or family offices required
- Strong understanding of alternative investments (private credit, real estate, mREITs)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree & FINRA licenses (Series 7/63) preferred
Compensation
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $175,000
- Incentive Compensation: Commission-based, performance-driven
- Total Compensation: $200,000 – $400,000 (uncapped)
