Therapydia is opening a new clinic in Milwaukie, and we're looking for a physical therapist to lead it from day one. You'll shape the patient experience, build the team, and become the go-to PT for sports and pelvic health in the community, without taking on the risk of opening a practice alone.

A custom-built space, plus marketing, operations, billing, and leadership teams experienced in launching new clinics.

What You'll Do
- Treat patients with evidence-guided, individualized care, with a focus on sports, orthopedics, and pelvic health.
- Hire, lead, and mentor your team, and run daily operations and scheduling.
- Build referral relationships with physicians, OB/GYNs, athletic programs, and community partners.
- Use clinic performance data and partner with leadership on goals and budgeting.
- Keep documentation and billing accurate and compliant.
