- Able to focus, organize, and prioritize delivery of services.
- Desire to be an integral piece of the largest Industrial Athlete program in the country.
- Degree in Exercise Science or other health related field
- Current certification as exercise professional with national organization in good standing
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- Experience in teaching group exercise classes to adults
- Competency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
