Essential Duties And Responsibilities Patient Care
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide Recommend Evidence-Guided treatment to patients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
- Create individualized plans of care, monitor patient progress, and manage the discharge process.
- Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately.
- Take ownership of the clinic’s success by leading from the front—supporting the team, maintaining high clinical standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere using our intentional culture and organization values.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and managing staffing needs to support clinic efficiency.
- Assess clinic performance metrics provided by the Business Intelligence team and provide feedback to leadership and clinic staff on opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, athletic organizations, and community partners to enhance clinic visibility.
- Engage in local networking, outreach initiatives, and participate in educational events to promote the clinic.
- Support efforts to strengthen the clinic’s reputation and expand its referral base within the community.
- Ensure billing and clinical documentation are accurate and compliant with all guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards, maintaining full compliance in all operations.
- Contribute to budgeting and participate in strategic planning for overall clinic performance.

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the respective state of practice.
- Preferably, at least four years of clinical experience.

- Basic understanding of clinic performance metrics and day-to-day operations.
- Achievement of strong patient outcomes and a high level of patient satisfaction.

- Solid financial performance and operational efficiency within the clinic.
