Alliance Payment Solutions has an outstanding opportunity for an OPEX Operator / Check Remittance Processor in a growing company.
Job requirements:
- Operate machinery which will include: OPEX Falcon (document scanner) and OPEX Rapid Extraction Desk (mail opener).
- Lift large bins of documents for storage.
- Sort and manually open incoming trays of mail.
- Organize and scan contents of mail according to specific client rules.
- Review checks for acceptable content.
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures as well as specific client rules.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented. Speed and accuracy are essential for this position.
- Must be able to work alone for long periods of time as well as in a team setting.
- Use good communication skills with other processors to complete deadlines during peak times.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to successfully complete background and employment screening.
- High School degree or equivalent required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Hours of Operation: Monday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Tuesday- Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, or until work is completed (Hours may adjust according to workload).
