Overview:
Alliance Operating Services (AOS) is a rapidly growing logistics and Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) services provider located near DFW Airport. As our client portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking a driven, detail-oriented receptionist to support our operations and play a key role in delivering best-in-class service to our customers.
We are currently seeking a reliable, organized receptionist to manage incoming calls and support daily administrative operations. This is a front-line role critical to maintaining communication flow across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming company phone calls
- Route calls to appropriate staff efficiently and professionally
- Monitor and manage emails, flagging items that require follow-up
- Perform basic clerical tasks and data entry
- Support general administrative needs as required
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, stay on top of tasks, and follow through
- Professional communication skills (phone and email)
- Self-motivated and dependable
