This role is ideal for someone who is fast, detail-oriented, and highly skilled at transforming complex information into intuitive, easy-to-follow documentation and process maps.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and optimize end-to-end process workflows using tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, and Miro.
- Create clear and accurate SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with operations, technology, and leadership teams to gather requirements and understand current-state processes.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process gaps; recommend improvements to streamline operations.
- Maintain a centralized process documentation library that is clear, current, and easily accessible.
- Support new system implementations through workflow documentation, integration mapping, and process validation.
- Conduct process walkthroughs, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer workshops.
- Track and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of process improvements.
- Ensure all processes comply with internal controls, quality standards, and organizational policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience in process engineering, operations improvement, or workflow design.
- Strong proficiency with workflow design tools: Lucidchart, Visio, Miro.
- Exceptional documentation skills with the ability to turn complex processes into simple, actionable steps.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
