Job Title: Organizational Change Management Consultant

Type of Engagement: 10-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)

Work Location: Hybrid position located in Tempe, AZ

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be an Organizational Change Management Consultant with 10 years of experience will work with multiple teams to support project approaches and OCM plans for the delivery and execution of the above-stated business objectives. The project teams will consist of full-time client employees from the corporate IT, InfoSec, HR, and from the various stakeholder groups, in addition to contingent workers with specialized skills needed for the projects.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Strong cross-collaboration between program workstreams and technical stakeholders for enterprise system implementations (eg. SAP) and must be able to seamlessly become part of the OCM team and also work closely with project team and stakeholders)
• Creation and execution of engagement plans to prepare the system owners to train their teams on the change coming. Having a training background as part of their OCM strategy experience will be helpful.
• Very strong communication skills, especially in translating terms and concepts and tailoring content to different audiences and needs to include the creation and documentation of communication plans and actual content, along with the review and approval process.
• Have an understanding of complex enterprise system integrations (50 ).
• Creation and execution of a change management plan with key milestones and relative timing.
• Work with leaders and stakeholders to ensure they have a clear understanding of the nature, scope, impacts, and magnitude of the change, and the organization’s readiness for change
• An approach to project level OCM efforts that integrates them with Program level OCM where appropriate.
• Leadership and stakeholder engagement and alignment.
• Creation and documentation of change management strategy and plan
• Creation and documentation of communications plan
• Monitor change and adoption (e.g., identify and track adoption metrics, conduct pulse surveys, facilitate focus groups, etc.)
• Should be comfortable with ambiguity and able to proactively identify action and support needed (i.e., a self-starter who can easily connect the dots)
• Deliverables as required by clients’ Project Execution Framework (PEF)
• Management of cross-project OCM dependencies and coordination
• Other tasks/activities deemed necessary in support of a successful project outcome

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $110.00 - $115.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
