Essential Job Responsibilities
A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $158,960 - $206,940 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Managing Director – Customer Advocacy & Quality Assurance plays a critical leadership role in overseeing complaint management, second-line quality assurance, and risk-based testing and monitoring across the enterprise.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Oversee Customer Advocacy, Complaint Management, and QA programs
- Define and execute risk-based testing and monitoring strategy
- Approve regulatory and executive-level complaint responses
- Identify root causes and ensure remediation plans are effective
- Partner with ERM and Internal Audit on control environment oversight
- Prepare compliance and risk reports for executives and the Board
- Stay current on regulatory changes and assess impacts
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Support enterprise risk mitigation initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10–15 years of banking experience (compliance, risk, QA, or audit)
- 7 years in compliance, including 5 years leading teams
- CRCM certification or equivalent experience
- Experience building QA/testing programs
- Strong knowledge of state and federal compliance regulations
- Experience with root cause analysis and remediation
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience working with regulators
- Background in bank, fintech, or bank-partner environments
- Familiarity with Jack Henry or similar core systems
- Project management experience
