What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN - Resident Care Manager position at Alliance Nursing Inc.?
Registered Nurse (RN) - Resident Care Manager
Alliance Nursing | Adult Family Home - Snohomish, WA
Position Summary:
As a Registered Nurse - Resident Care Manager at one of our Alliance Nursing Adult Family Home, you will serve as a clinical lead within a small, close-knit care team to ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate, and clinically sound care.
This opportunity combines hands-on nursing with administrative and quality support responsibilities.
In this position, you will:
- Work two days per week on the floor as a staff RN, providing direct care to medically complex residents, including those with tracheostomies and ventilators.
AND
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to caregivers during your floor shifts
Spend one to two shorter administrative days supporting care planning, documentation oversight, and quality initiatives in partnership with the Director of Nursing - Reinforce clinical standards and support day-to-day operational excellence
This is not a nurse delegator role. Delegation and regulatory oversight remain under the Director of Nursing. However, you will play a key role in supporting care consistency, documentation integrity, and team development.
Why You'll Love This Opportunity:
This is the kind of role where you truly see the difference you're making.
You'll care for medically fragile residents in a small, relationship-based setting - getting to know them, their routines, their families, and what stability really means in their lives. Your clinical skill won't just manage conditions - it will protect comfort, dignity, and safety every single day.
At the same time, you'll step into meaningful leadership. You'll mentor caregivers in real time, drive the culture and standards of the home, and work closely with the Director of Nursing to maintain the "behind-the-scenes" side of care - documentation, quality oversight, and operational decision-making.
If you want deeper relationships, visible impact, and leadership that actually matters - this is an opportunity where your work improves lives.
