Your Role as an RN at our Adult Family Home
As a Registered Nurse in our Adult Family Homes, you'll provide one-on-one, acute care nursing to adults with complex medical needs in a peaceful, home-like setting. This role allows you to build strong patient relationships while using critical thinking and nursing judgment to respond to their needs.

What You Need to Get Started:
✔️ Active Washington State RN License (without restrictions)
✔️ CPR Certification
✔️ A passion for providing exceptional, patient-focused care
💰 Base Wages Registered Nurse & LPN:
- RN: $41 - $46/hour (plus differentials)
- Float RN: $45 - $50/hour
- LPN: $37 - $41/hour (plus differentials)
