Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA - Float

Location: ALL - Kenmore, Kirkland, & Snohomish, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | NOC or Day | Minimum 36 Hours per Week | 12-Hour Shifts
Pay Range: $26/hour shift differentials

• Guaranteed Hours - Minimum 36 hours per week (typically three 12-hour shifts).

• Flexible Scheduling - Choose two designated days off each week - you decide which, but you'll work at least one weekend day if needed.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality aide care to adults with complex medical needs.

• Float between Kenmore, Kirkland, and Snohomish Adult Family Homes as assigned.

• Be available to cover overtime or sick calls when needed (outside of your two protected days off).

• Collaborate with nurses, managers and clinical supervisors to ensure the best care possible.

What You Need to Get Started

• Active Washington State NAC or HCA license (unrestricted).

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Minimum 2 years NAC experience

• Flexibility to work across multiple locations and cover day shifts as needed.

• A passion for providing exceptional, patient-focused care.
