Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

·        3-7 years of real estate/property accounting experience

·        Detail-oriented

·        Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.

·        Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

·        Prior experience with Lease Management software preferred

·        Prior experience with accounting software/ERP such as NetSuite a plus

·        Strong Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

·        Manage leases in Visual Lease software – add new leases, enter lease renewals and any changes for existing leases.

·        Assist with review and payment of annual CAM reconciliations

·        Enter any rent or CAM changes monthly in preparation for the monthly rent payments

·        Export data from Visual Lease monthly and upload into NetSuite for our rent processing

·        Export data from Visual Lease monthly to prepare the lease accounting entry

·        Prepare account reconciliations for rent, ROU assets and lease liability accounts

·        Fixed Asset capitalization review and entries

·        Assist with Compliance filings including PPT and state licensure requests

·        Regular coordination with Real Estate/Facilities director to review any lease issues and cross functional initiatives

·        Assist in Ad hoc projects within accounting and property management

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $75,000-$90,000 annually based on experience
