The B2B Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and growing Alliance Mobile’s Business Sales organization. This role drives business customer acquisition, revenue growth, account retention, and team performance across small and medium-sized business segments.
As a senior leader, the B2B Senior Sales Manager serves as both a strategic business partner and a hands-on sales leader, responsible for building a high-performing sales culture that consistently delivers results. This individual will recruit, coach, and develop a team of Business Account Executives while creating scalable processes that drive sustainable growth throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a passion for developing people, building pipelines, and creating winning sales strategies. They are equally comfortable leading executive-level customer conversations, analyzing performance metrics, and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.
· Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Business Account Executives.
· Establish a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
· Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and career development discussions.
· Create individualized development plans to improve productivity, sales effectiveness, and employee retention.
· Lead by example through active participation in prospecting, client meetings, and strategic sales opportunities.
· Build succession plans and identify future leaders within the organization.
Business Development & Revenue Growth· Drive new business acquisition across small and medium-sized business segments.
· Develop and execute market growth strategies that increase revenue, market share, and customer penetration.
· Identify and capitalize on opportunities generated through Alliance Mobile’s retail footprint and referral channels.
· Build strategic relationships with local business owners, community leaders, and decision-makers.
· Partner with executive leadership to establish annual sales goals and business growth initiatives.

Sales Performance Management· Own team performance against key sales metrics and revenue objectives.
· Monitor pipeline health, prospecting activity, conversion rates, and sales productivity.
· Ensure accurate CRM usage, forecasting, and reporting across the sales team.
· Develop action plans to address performance gaps and maximize sales opportunities.
· Analyze sales data to identify trends and drive informed business decisions.
· Maintain accountability for individual and team quota attainment.
Customer Experience & Account Management· Support strategic customer engagements and assist with high-value sales opportunities.
· Partner with team members to strengthen customer relationships and improve retention.
· Assist in resolving escalated customer concerns and service-related issues.
· Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
· Promote long-term account growth through consultative selling and solution-based recommendations.
Operational Excellence· Ensure consistent execution of Alliance Mobile’s business sales processes and standards.
· Lead onboarding and development programs that prepare new hires for success within their first 30, 60, and 90 days.
· Conduct ride-alongs, joint sales calls, and field observations to reinforce best practices.
· Translate new product launches, promotions, and business initiatives into actionable sales strategies.
· Partner with Retail Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, and Leadership teams to support organizational objectives.

· 3 years of leadership experience in B2B sales, telecommunications, wireless, technology, or related industries.
· Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams.

· Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance metrics.
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and coaching abilities.

· The ability to operate a personal vehicle for daily business-related travel is an essential function of this position. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, carry required automobile insurance, and have reliable access to a personal vehicle throughout employment. Failure to maintain these requirements may affect eligibility to perform the essential functions of the role.

Full Time Position
Salary: $75,000 base annually plus commission - The first 30-90 days, Alliance will provide a ramp up
Travel: Yes, you will be expected to travel in this role
