Pay & Benefits
- Base Pay: $17.00/hour
- Average Total Pay: $21.00/hour, including typical performance bonuses

What You’ll Do
As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you’ll help customers find the right AT&T products and services while delivering a great in-store experience.
- Talk with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions
- Sell AT&T wireless products, services, and technology
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Work with your team to achieve individual and store sales goals
- Learn about new products, promotions, and technology
- Take advantage of ongoing training and opportunities for career growth
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable learning and talking about technology
- Motivated by goals and performance-based earnings
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
