ELECTRICIANS & APPRENTICES – INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
Alliance Mill Consulting is seeking Electrician Apprentices to join our team on a Project in Bemidji, MN . This project is expected to last well in to 2027. Future opportunities in the Southern States may also be available for those interested in traveling/escaping the snow! Flexible shift schedules with as many days off in between as you want.
WE ARE URGENTLY HIRING EXPERIENCED ELECTRICIAN APPRENTICES.
Requirements:
- Experience assisting Journey men with installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical systems.
- Have previously installed conduit, cable tray, wiring, and electrical equipment in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Have pulled, terminated, and labeled power and control cables.
- The ability to read and interpret basic electrical drawings and layouts.
- Follow all company, OSHA/MSHA, and site-specific safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work effectively as part of a team while developing technical skills
- Be capable of lifting 50lbs
- Own or be able to obtain basic hand tools and

- Pay range starting at $28.00 and up, depending on experience
- $140 Per Day Worked
- Overtime paid after 40 hours
- Flexible Schedule with extended days off depending on your shift preference
