Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care, administering specialized treatment programs, and ensuring patient safety and well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage complex treatment protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Administer and monitor the Spravato program, ensuring proper protocol adherence and patient safety throughout the treatment process.
• Oversee patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and medication management to promote understanding and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Stay current with advancements in psychiatric treatments and medication management to deliver evidence-based care.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and institutional policies.

Experience

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine.
• Proven experience in clinical practice, preferably within mental health or psychiatric settings.
• Familiarity with administering specialized treatment programs such as Spravato (esketamine) is highly desirable.
• Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex cases effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in healthcare.

Pay: $110.00 - $125.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Claremore, OK 74017
