Compensation: starting @ $130,000 annually productivity base

Qualifications
- Medical Provider with a current Virginia license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Experience in hospital medicine, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred
- Strong clinical decision-making, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based patient care
