Job Summary
We are a discreet, high-touch concierge medical practice serving an exceptionally limited patient panel, seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a senior leadership capacity.
This role is designed for an experienced, highly capable person who understands that exceptional healthcare is as much about experience, trust, and discretion as it is about clinical excellence. As Executive Nurse Manager, you will serve as the central point of coordination for each patient’s medical needs —delivering a seamless, anticipatory, and deeply personalized standard of care.
Our practice model is intentionally limited (just 0–3 patient visits per day), creating the time and space to cultivate meaningful relationships allowing for an uncompromising level of attention, access, and personalized oversight.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of coordination, orchestrating all aspects of each patient’s care with precision and discretion
- Coordinate appointments, specialist referrals, tests, and preventive screenings
- Proactively manage and track individualized care plans
- Curate and maintain comprehensive medical records across providers
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for patients, ensuring responsive, thoughtful communication
- Facilitate prescriptions, prior authorizations, and diagnostic testing
- Coordinate and oversee specialist consultations
- Clinical Skills Required:
- Phlebotomy
- Vital signs and health assessments
- Vaccine administration
- EKGs
- Practice Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations with a focus on efficiency and elevated patient experience
- Lead and support staff in maintaining a calm, professional, and detail-oriented environment
- Uphold the highest standards of service, confidentiality, and clinical care
Qualifications
- Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 6 years of postgraduate nursing experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail
- Refined interpersonal skills with a professional, composed presence
- Experience in patient care coordination strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a private or concierge practice is a plus
Schedule & Benefits
- 4–5 days per week, with opportunity to transition to full-time
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends or major holidays
