- Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts, industrial batteries, and chargers
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Travel to and service equipment at customer locations throughout the day
- Communicate directly with customers on equipment status and recommendations
- Deliver reliable, high-quality service that keeps operations running
- Experience with forklift repair (electric, gas, and LP preferred)
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Physical capability (lifting up to 100 lbs., working in various positions)
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
