- Proactively manage issues and priorities, ensuring projects stay on track
- Provide daily status reports, risk management updates, and project documentation
- Oversee site visits and progress tracking to maintain project quality
- Manage timelines, expectations, and changes to project scope (SOW)
- Create install plans and coordinate with sub-labor teams
- Track and schedule shipments with vendors to ensure accurate delivery
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams
- Experience working across complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive under pressure
- Budget management experience for significant projects
- Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
