- Control inventory: keep counts accurate, rotate stock, and check dates so only fresh product goes out.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe — everything in its place.
- Work efficiently and look for ways to make the operation run smoother.
- Report issues — shortages, damaged product, equipment problems — so they get fixed fast.
- Pitch in as a team player; the warehouse wins and loses together.
