Alliance Marketing Partners (AMP) is looking for a full-time Public Relations Intern to join our team in Charlotte, NC starting ASAP for Summer 2026 (May-August).

Alliance Marketing Partners is a full-service marketing and public relations agency specializing in brand marketing, PR, social media, design, experiential activations, event management, and product sampling. We work with national and regional brands to create campaigns that drive real impact.

📌 Role Overview

As a PR Intern, you’ll work directly with our PR team supporting live client campaigns, media outreach, content creation, and event execution. This is a hands-on, in-office role in a fast-paced agency environment.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Research media outlets, journalists, and industry trends
• Track media coverage and assist with coverage recaps
• Draft and edit press releases and media alerts
• Maintain media contact lists
• Support event planning and on-site execution
• Capture event photos, video, and b-roll for media pitching
• Assist with administrative and project support as needed

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or similar
• Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must be entering junior year or above
• Must have own car and own laptop
• Previous PR or marketing experience is a plus

💰 Internship Details

• Location: Southend Charlotte, NC (in-office)
• Term: May 2026- August 2026
• Compensation: $60 per day class credit (if applicable)
• Approved out-of-pocket expenses reimbursed
