Alliance Marketing Partners (AMP) is looking for a full-time Public Relations Intern to join our team in Charlotte, NC starting Aug 10 for the Fall of 2026 (with possibility to extend into winter).

📌 Role Overview
As a PR Intern, you’ll work directly with our PR team supporting live client campaigns, media outreach, content creation, and event execution. This is a hands-on, in-office role in a fast-paced agency environment.
✅ What You’ll Do
- Research media outlets, journalists, and industry trends
- Track media coverage and assist with coverage recaps
- Draft and edit press releases and media alerts
- Maintain media contact lists
- Support event planning and on-site execution
- Capture event photos, video, and b-roll for media pitching
- Assist with administrative and project support as needed
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or similar
- Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be entering junior year or above
- Must have own car and own laptop
- Previous PR or marketing experience is a plus
💰 Internship Details
- Location: Southend Charlotte, NC (in-office)
- Term: Aug 2026- Oct 2026 (possibility to extend)
- Compensation: $60 per day class credit (if applicable)
- Approved out-of-pocket expenses reimbursed
