Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
• Lead project coordination across internal teams (creative, PR, social, events)
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple campaigns
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Support new business efforts, including proposals and presentations
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an agency or client-facing marketing role
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and execution
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or franchise marketing is a plus
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and Microsoft 365
