Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Psychiatrist located in North Andover, MA. The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive care to patients, including conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and ensuring the mental well-being of individuals. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, prescribing medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care. Responsibilities may also extend to providing psychotherapy and offering support for patients with a broad range of psychiatric and mental health disorders.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Psychiatry and Psychiatric Care
- Specialized knowledge or experience in Adolescent Psychiatry
- A solid foundation in Medicine, Mental Health, and related healthcare practices
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with a valid medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is an advantage
