Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provides individual counseling for your assigned caseload.
- Options to provide family and couples counseling pending clinician's preference.
- Support clients in developing and reaching treatment goals.
- Work collaboratively with the internal treatment team.
- Collaborate with outside collaterals as needed.
- Make referrals to outside agencies as needed.
Qualifications:
Must have a Master’s degree in social work, clinical mental health, marriage and family counseling or a related field (as defined by Massachusetts licensing requirements).
Must be license eligible for LMHC, LICSW or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.
