Location, Schedule, and Pay- On-site in Ripon, WI
- Standard Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 3pm – 1am
- Compensation: Hourly Rate $35.38 - $38.18, commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Repair and maintain complex production machinery using hand/power tools and precision instruments, guided by diagrams, manuals, and OEM specifications
- Diagnose and service motors; advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems; pumps; and conveyor/production equipment
- Perform welding to support maintenance and repair work
- Commission and set up new machines according to established protocols
- Execute regular technical testing to verify safety, performance, and reliability
- Capture and analyze machine data to spot trends and recommend actions that cut downtime
- Create and manage work orders in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Demonstrate expert working knowledge of production equipment and systems
- Two-year Associate degree and 5 years of relevant maintenance experience
- Computer proficiency to locate parts and document work in a CMMS
- Comfort with standing for extended periods, as well as sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, and bending
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
