Your mission is to troubleshoot, conduct mechanical and electrical repairs, and build enduring relationships with clients that will drive our collective success.

Daily Responsibilities

• Skillfully troubleshoot and remedy commercial laundry equipment issues.
• Expertly install necessary replacement parts.
• Meticulously document service and travel activities, including time, materials, mileage, and fuel expenditures.
• Interact with customers, service manager, parts department, and vendors to deliver effective services.
• Maintain all assigned tools, service equipment, and service vehicles.
• Support installation teams with equipment setups and deliveries.
• Fulfill additional tasks to ensure department efficiency.

Qualifications Bring Success

The path to success in this role begins with:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years in mechanical repair, with laundry equipment experience as an asset.
• Understanding of electrical testing tools.
• Experience with dispatch systems is preferred.
• Competency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
