Snapshot

• Where: On-site, Ripon, WI
• When: Monday - Thursday 3pm – 1am
• Pay: $35.38 - $38.18 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications

What you’ll do (high impact, hands-on)

• Maintain, repair, and optimize industrial machinery with hand/power tools and precision instruments, following diagrams, manuals, and OEM specs
• Diagnose motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, conveyors, and production systems
• Weld as needed to complete durable, safe repairs
• Set up and prepare new machines to enter production
• Run safety and performance tests to validate reliability
• Collect performance data, analyze trends, and recommend actions to minimize downtime
• Use the CMMS to open, track, and close work orders
• Serve as a subject-matter resource on production equipment

What it takes

• Two-year Associate degree plus 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or mechatronics
• Comfort using a computer to find parts and document work in a CMMS

Physical realities

• Long periods of standing, with tasks that include sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, and bending
• Pre-employment physical with a baseline requirement to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
