Responsibilities
Collaborate with Project Managers on project designs, from conceptual planning to final documentation.
Create comprehensive design documentation for site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, erosion/sediment control, roadways, and water resources.
Provide technical support to engineering and administrative staff, ensuring project accuracy and compliance with company and client standards.
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D 2023 to create and manipulate 3D surfaces with a high degree of precision.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in land development.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2023 is required.
Proven experience in creating and manipulating 3D surfaces, corridors, and pipe networks using Civil 3D.
Strong project management, client relations, and design skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Engineering-In-Training (EIT) certification are a plus.
