Alliance Land Development is a growing Civil Site Work Contractor looking to expand our management staff. We have a family friendly office and work environment with all of the top of the line equipment and software to help make our jobs easier. Were looking for a hybrid employee that is willing to grow with our company.

Civil project managers, often referred to as construction project managers, will primarily responsible for overseeing the building of large construction projects, such as total site work, roadways, and bridges. They are involved in the areas of pre-planning, budgeting, resource allocation, contract negotiation, and worker coordination. Civil project manager might supervise construction site superintendent and subcontractors, attend bi-weekly project progress meetings, and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.

- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and progress
- Facilitate meetings with project team members to discuss project updates and address any concerns or challenges
- Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, budget summaries, and risk assessments

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, HeavyBid, etc.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
- Familiarity with contract management and negotiation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Note: Knowledge of Civil 3D software is a plus. Knowledge of Agtek Earthwork Takeoff Softwares, Heavy-Bid, and Heavy Jobs.

Pay: $87,072.00 - $123,642.00 per year
