Senior AI/Python Solutions Engineer // San Jose, CA//Full Time role

We are looking for a experienced Senior AI/Python Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy robust artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Python programming, AI/ML concepts, and a strong understanding of modern software architecture, including agent-to-agent communication, persistent and vector databases, and high-performance caching. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can build and consume APIs, develop

sophisticated chat and form-based applications, and has a solid grasp of conversational AI principles like intent recognition and context management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven applications and services using Python.
• Develop and optimize Python-based machine learning models and algorithms.
• Architect and implement Agent-to-Agent communication frameworks for distributed AI systems.
• Design, integrate, and manage persistent databases (SQL/NoSQL) to support AI applications.
• Implement and optimize Vector Databases for efficient similarity search and retrieval in AI contexts.
• Integrate and manage Redis cache for high-performance data access and real-time processing.
• Develop, consume, and manage RESTful and SOAP web services and APIs to facilitate system integration and data exchange.
• Build and deploy scalable server-side applications and tools to support AI workflows.
• Design, develop, and maintain chat-based solutions, including chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Create and manage dynamic form-based applications for data collection and user interaction.
• Apply core concepts of conversational AI, including intent recognition, entity extraction, context management, and dialogue flow design.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other engineering teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Professional experience in software development with a strong focus on AI/ML and Python.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and its ecosystem (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven experience with database technologies, including relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Demonstrable experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and their application in AI.
• Strong experience with Redis for caching, session management, and real-time data processing.
• Solid understanding of server architectures, deployment tools, and cloud platforms 
• Extensive experience designing, building, and consuming APIs (RESTful, SOAP).
• Experience with Agent-to-Agent communication protocols and architectures.
• Proven ability to develop and deploy chat-based solutions and conversational AI systems (e.g., using Rasa, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework).
• Deep understanding of conversational AI concepts: intent classification, entity recognition, context management, and dialogue state tracking.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) technologies or certifications, demonstrating proficiency in relevant Microsoft environments and tools.
• Experience with front-end technologies for building interactive forms and user interfaces is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
