Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction

- Maintain detailed records of interactions using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Identify opportunities to upsell or promote additional services aligned with customer needs
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality
Experience
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable

- Experience with outbound calls and client services is advantageous
