Minimum Qualifications
Education
One of the following is required:
- MBA preferred
- Master’s Degree in Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree with exceptional executive management experience
Preferred academic record:
- 3.7 GPA or higher
- Dean’s List, Honors Graduate, or equivalent academic achievement
- Evidence of excellence throughout education and career
Experience
Minimum 7-10 years of progressive management experience.
Experience managing teams of 15 employees.
Experience creating and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Strong budgeting and financial management experience.
Experience hiring, coaching, evaluating, and terminating employees professionally.
Project management experience.
Legal industry, medical, or professional services experience is strongly preferred.
Personal injury experience is a significant advantage.
