Hi-Vac Corporation is hiring! Hi-Vac is a world class leading manufacturer of environmental products and vacuum technology. Due to business growth Hi-Vac is seeking a skilled candidate to fill the position of Manufacturing Administrative Assistant.
The Manufacturing Administrative Assistant performs the following duties: other duties may be assigned.
- Creating and maintaining production schedules through Excel and ERP System
- Coordinating and developing production plans with the company’s management team
- Performing pre-organization of production materials before the commencement of production
- Assist with supervising schedules and workflow to ensure that deliveries are made in a timely manner.
- Creating efficient scheduling processes or methods so as to attain production goals.
Skilled candidates must possess the following:
- Experience with an ERP system. Scheduling experience a plus.
- Stong computer skills
- Microsoft email and other applications
- Strong Excel skills required.
Education
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing processes.
