Line & Prep Cooks – Join Our Culinary Team!

We’re looking for dedicated and reliable Line and Prep Cooks to join the team at The Galley, a cornerstone of Marietta’s premier dining and entertainment destination. Located at the heart of historic downtown Marietta, The Galley is known for high-quality food, great service, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.
As a Line or Prep Cook, you play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You’ll work behind the scenes to prepare, cook, and plate delicious meals with precision and care. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and have a passion for food, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare, season, and cook a variety of dishes including soups, salads, meats, vegetables, and desserts
Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness at all times
Assist with prep work, stock rotation, and maintaining organized workstations
Follow recipes and presentation standards to consistently deliver high-quality dishes
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and service
Contribute to a positive and productive kitchen environment
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen preferred
Strong knife skills and solid understanding of basic cooking techniques
Ability to stay focused and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow
