You’ll help shape workforce strategy, coach managers, champion development, and ensure we continue building a positive, compliant, high‑performance environment.

🔥 What You’ll Do

• Lead core HR programs: compensation, benefits, leave administration, performance management, and employee relations
• Partner with business unit leaders on staffing, retention, and workforce planning
• Drive onboarding, training, development, and annual performance reviews
• Serve as the go‑to expert for HR policy, compliance, and best practices
• Use HR metrics & insights to guide smarter decisions
• Foster a fair, safe, and people‑centered workplace

⭐ What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3 years of progressive HR Generalist/HRBP experience
• Strong knowledge of employment laws HR best practices
• Proven success supporting leaders in a fast‑paced environment
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to influence and build trusted relationships at every level
• SHRM/PHR certifications are a plus
