- Lead core HR programs: compensation, benefits, leave administration, performance management, and employee relations
- Partner with business unit leaders on staffing, retention, and workforce planning
- Drive onboarding, training, development, and annual performance reviews
- Serve as the goâto expert for HR policy, compliance, and best practices
- Use HR metrics & insights to guide smarter decisions
- Foster a fair, safe, and peopleâcentered workplace
â What You Bring
- Bachelorâs in HR, Business, or related field (Masterâs preferred)
- 3 years of progressive HR Generalist/HRBP experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws HR best practices
- Proven success supporting leaders in a fastâpaced environment
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and problemâsolving skills
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships at every level
- SHRM/PHR certifications are a plus
