Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Staffing Coordinator to join our Home Health Agency. The staffing Coordinator plays a critical role in coordinating clinician schedules, ensuring patients are staffed on time, and supporting communication between field staff and internal teams. This is a Schedule heavy and fast- paced role ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and thrives under pressure.
Duties
- Coordinate and assign clinicians ( RN , LVN ,PT , OT , ST) to patient visits
- Ensure timely staffing for all new admissions, recertifications, and follow-ups
- Communicate schedules and updates to clinicians in a timely manner
- Track and follow-up on pending visits to avoid delays in patient care
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve scheduling gaps
- Maintain accurate records of assignments and staffing status
- Support urgent staffing needs and last-minute changes as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in staffing, scheduling, or coordination ( Health care preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high demand enviornment
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in basic computer systems (EMR system knowledge is a plus)
This is a Full-Time position ( Monday- Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm)
In - Office at our Woodland Hills location
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
