What You’ll Do
- Utilize your existing healthcare network to generate referrals and new business opportunities immediately.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, case managers, and community organizations.
- Present and promote our home health services to referral partners and prospective clients.
- Develop strategic outreach plans to consistently grow your territory and referral base.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed growth goals.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
- Stay informed on healthcare trends, market developments, and referral patterns to identify new opportunities.

- Proven success in healthcare sales, business development, physician liaison, or account management.
- Existing network of healthcare professionals and referral sources within the community.
- Ability to independently generate and close new business opportunities.
