We’re seeking an experienced Account Executive to help expand our trusted home health services by leveraging existing industry connections and developing new referral partnerships throughout the community.

What You’ll Do

  • Utilize your existing healthcare network to generate referrals and new business opportunities immediately.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, case managers, and community organizations.
  • Present and promote our home health services to referral partners and prospective clients.
  • Develop strategic outreach plans to consistently grow your territory and referral base.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed growth goals.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
  • Stay informed on healthcare trends, market developments, and referral patterns to identify new opportunities.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in healthcare sales, business development, physician liaison, or account management.
  • Existing network of healthcare professionals and referral sources within the community.
  • Ability to independently generate and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven professional.
  • Passion for improving patient outcomes and supporting quality care.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
