In-Home Caregiver

Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support, and medication reminders
- Support clients with meal preparation
- Light housekeeping activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, autism, or developmental disabilities
- Assist with errands and shopping
- Maintain documentation of patient observations, care provided, and any changes in condition to ensure continuity of care
Qalifications
- Prior experience working in home health, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or group homes is highly desirable but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with dementia care, memory care, hospice care, or working with individuals with disabilities enhances your ability to provide specialized support
