Maintenance Technician – Commercial Properties & Hotels
Location: O’Fallon, Illinois (Periodic Travel Required)

We manage a growing portfolio of commercial properties and hotels, and we’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in O’Fallon, Illinois. This role offers variety and flexibility, with occasional travel to support properties in surrounding states.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, guest rooms, and common areas.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry issues.
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergency calls from property managers and hotel staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate work order documentation and travel schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, guests, and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in commercial property maintenance or hotel facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel periodically (approximately 10–15%) and work independently.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and climbing.
