As a Patient Relationship Specialist (PRS), you’ll be the first point of contact for patients seeking hearing care. You’ll guide them with empathy, confidence, and professionalism while helping schedule appointments and connect them with Beltone hearing care experts across the country.

What You’ll Do
· Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and chats with patients.
· Schedule new and existing patient appointments using provided scripts and tools.
· Help patients reschedule missed appointments or book routine services.
· Overcome objections and redirect conversations to ensure patients receive the help they need.
· Communicate clearly and compassionately with callers experiencing hearing difficulties.
· Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction.
· Protect patient information and comply with HIPAA regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Required
· High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred (But Not Required)
· 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Sales, or Collections.
· Prior chat or omnichannel customer service experience.
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic under pressure.
· Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
· Advanced computer skills (Windows, Office 365, Microsoft Office).
· Ability to build rapport with a wide variety of personalities.
Work Environment
· Professional, fast-paced call center environment.
· On-site position (this is not a work-from-home role).
· Use of standard office equipment, including multi-screen computers and phones.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Starting at $16.00 - $20.00 per hour. Depending on experience & assessment scores
• Monthly Bonus Opportunity (after 30 days)

Schedule & Hours
· Full-time hours available
· Hours of Operation
o Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
o Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
· Weekend and holiday availability required
