Facilities & Inventory Specialist - Alliance Health System
Alliance Health System is looking for a full time Facilities & Inventory Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team. The Inventory Clerk will work with various departments to provide equipment and materials needed for our patients and staff at our multiple locations. They will oversee shipping/receiving, inventory, purchasing, and all equipment at our facilities.

- Collaborate with team members across multiple office and clinic locations

Responsibilities
- Manage inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels
- Manage deliveries, shipments and product levels for all locations
- Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages
- Purchase supplies adhering to budget & accounting process
- Develop and maintain business relations with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor demand and analyze data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs
- Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to
upper management - Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clean Driving Record and Background
- Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Suite
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 40lbs
- Must be organized and efficient
- Highly Motivated self-starter
Travel: Company Vehicle will be provided upon background check and driving record
Job Type: Full-time
