Alliance Health Centers is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and independently licensed Master’s-level therapist to join our growing behavioral health team in Marion, Indiana.

Position Overview
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, and/or adults in a community-based setting. This role offers clinical autonomy, leadership opportunities through supervision, and strong clinical support within a collaborative team environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000–$93,000 annually
- Based on experience
- Additional compensation consideration for supervising clinicians
- 300 hours of Paid Time Off annually

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active Indiana license (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or LMFT)
- Ability and willingness to work with diverse patient populations
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
- Interest in integrated or community-based care preferred
