Personal Care Assistant**Located at 112 W Main Street, Northborough MA***Hourly – Range: $20.00-$25.00 HourlyExperience :-Atleast two years of experience in geriatrics-Dementia training is a plusAlliance at Coleman is a 22 bed Assisted Living facility. We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional for the position of Personal Care Assistant.The duties for this position will include but are not limited to:-Responsible for the direct personal care and support of residents.-Responsible for following service care plans which address resident needs both physical amd physosocial-Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of care/assistance given to residents of the assisted living units-Responsible but not limited to the following:BathingHygieneDressing Telephone UseFood PreparationHousekeepingLaundry Daily Activities -Maintain good communication with staff, residents, fmailies and governing bodies. -Address concerns, disputes, or complaints quickly using facility policies, state regulations, and pertinent information. -Participate in initial and ongoing training so that their respective duties can be performed correctly and effciently.
