As a Revenue Operations and Sales Data Analyst, you will dive into sales data every day, standing up weekly sales scorecards for teams and individual reps, tracking key metrics like pipeline velocity and quota attainment. You will build robust monthly and quarterly business review reports for leadership, the executive team, and the board, ensuring they have real-time visibility into performance. Your expertise will be put to use analyzing and maintaining quota tracking in Salesforce, developing quota and territory models for planning, and optimizing during the year. You will drive forecasting accuracy through pipeline audits and stage analysis, support account assignment models, and analyze performance by channel, region, and segment. Collaboration will be key as you partner with enablement and marketing to assess lead conversion and onboarding impact, evaluate the current reporting stack with a critical eye, and continuously improve data quality and CRM hygiene.
Requirements:
- 3 years in Sales Analytics, RevOps, FP&A, or similar GTM roles
- Strong Salesforce and PowerBI reporting skills (or equivalent experience)
- Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with data modeling best practices
- Ability to build dashboards, define metrics, and extract insights independently
- Experience in quota and territory modeling, forecasting, and pipeline analysis
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
SQL or scripting ability is a plus SaaS or HCM/payroll experience is also a bonus
