YOUR DAY
As an Internal Recruiter, your focus is on finding, attracting, and hiring the best candidates for our growing teams. To accomplish this, you actively use recruitment channels such as job boards and social media to find and contact qualified candidates. After catching a candidate's interest, you conduct various assessments to determine if they're the right fit for the job.
Collaborating with hiring managers and our HR team, you participate in the interview process, offer your insights, and help make hiring decisions. You actively verify each candidate's experience and keep them updated throughout the recruitment process. Once a new person is hired, you facilitate the onboarding process and help them get comfortable. You also engage in sourcing activities to build a pipeline of potential candidates for future jobs.
INTERNAL RECRUITER QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in an internal recruiting or in-house talent acquisition role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A strong understanding of payroll and HRIS (human resources information system) concepts would be a plus for this recruiting position!
