WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
If you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Fulfillment Specialist!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to safely lift and move boxes and equipment
At least one year of experience in fulfillment, shipping, warehouse, logistics, or mailroom, as well as experience with FedEx shipping platforms, are preferred.
DAY-TO-DAY
As our full-time Fulfillment Specialist, you'll be the final checkpoint before important client materials reach their destination. Your day will involve carefully packing and preparing client documents, creating shipping labels, processing outgoing shipments through FedEx and other carriers, tracking packages, and maintaining accurate shipment records. You'll verify addresses and order details to ensure everything arrives where it should, when it should, helping create a seamless experience while keeping fulfillment operations running smoothly and efficiently.
