Job Summary:
Alliance Group is seeking a full-time licensed electrician based in West Lebanon, NH to join our growing Electrical team.
This is a field-based position responsible for planning, supervising, and performing electrical maintenance and repairs, including electrical service calls and electrical installations in a commercial/industrial setting. Individuals must demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and customer service.
Pay Range:
Pay range starts at $30/hour, however, compensation is negotiable and we welcome transparent conversations with qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities

Role-Specific Duties:
- Diagnose and repair electrical equipment, including motors, generators, transformers, primary and secondary distribution systems, and more.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of commercial/industrial electrical systems
- Manage electrical jobs, including reading blueprints/schematics, coordinating work sequences with fellow trades personnel and apprentices, and communicating with the Electrical Department Manager.
- Organization-Specific Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating and fully explaining current issues, timelines, and resolutions to customers when appropriate.
- Identify and report to owner potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services).
- Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and company work vehicle.
Essential Qualifications and Competencies
Role-Specific:
- Driver’s License required
- 4 years of electrical experience required
- Active Electrical License required (Journeyman's or Master's)
Organization-Specific:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently.
- High level of reliability, follow-through, discretion and integrity.
- Proactive, positive problem-solving skills.
- Must maintain a company vehicle.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis
- Must be able to climb up and down Scaffolding, Ladders, Stairs as job requires.
- U.S. citizenship or a current, valid U.S. work permit is mandatory
- Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- A background verification and motor vehicle check will be required.
- A pre-employment post-offer Human Performance Examination is required for this position.
